It's the RX-7 episode. I'm so disappointed about that car. Ruined with snake skin graphics.

Buut, I saw the episode where they did an old Cadillac Coupe, and that looks amazing.

Besides the body of that RX7, they seem to do pretty good work.

My problem with that show is that Mike is a shitty shitty businessman. They'll invest over 10,000 pounds often and only net 1,000 or so profit. They suck at car flipping, but the at least sell quality products.

Everything about that RX-7 was perfect except those horrible graphics. I'd assume you could remove them, but still.

Eh, I've seen them make some really good amounts of cash on some flips, but yeah, sometimes it's only 1,000 or so pounds.

They took a Range Rover Sport diesel I think it was, it was blue with this matte black wrap, the interior was this terrible blue and black. They painted it white and made it look like a 2007. They also made the interior WAY better by taking away that blue and making it look like it was carbon fiber. They also fixed the some engine and I think suspension issues.

I won't disclose any amounts, but a 10% profit margin seems pretty low when you're putting all the money up at stake.

Not to mention shop time, resources, Ed's labor cost, and all the government paperwork (property tax, tag, title, insurance, MOT, tax, tax, tax, tax, etc.) since they have to run their business legit.

Eats through that 1000 pounds real quick.

Same here - I struggle to find them online. There was a nice one where they flipped an old Polish FSO and I quite liked it, especially the paintjob. They've done quite a few American cars too like a Chevy Bel Air and Camaro. They've also done a DeLorean.

I've seen the Camaro episode, and both C2 and C4 Corvette episodes.

I'd figured they would be on Netflix, especially because other shows from Velocity channel are on there.

The C4 episode is quite old actually, one of their first I think. Did you see the one with the Morris Traveller? I think the most amazing episode was the one with the Range Rover. They turned an absolute turd of a car into one that looked sensational.

I think the spent something like 4 grand on the paint.

They also put a hand-painted graphic on the hood and trunk that used 24 carat gold sheets in it.

Yes, Mike ruined that Cadillac for sure. Worse yet, I hate it when Mike insults "American electronics" (Corvette C6 show) when we all know English car electronics are known to be the worst in the world.

I actually like the Cadillac...

I always get a laugh out of him making fun of the electronics.

And when he called the C4 Corvette with Cross Fire Injection "powerful."
